Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges on purchases. We create product listings that are as complete as possible, including sizing guides. Please read product descriptions carefully as you make your choices. We will happily answer questions about a product before you make a purchase.

All products are shipped new and in the manufacturer's packaging. On occasion, a product may arrive with a manufacturer defect. If you believe you have received a defective product or one that does not function properly, please reach out within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, we will either send a replacement item or help navigate your brand warranty process.
